I have always said it and say it again now, the politicians, and more liberated as me, we would have to do a very special effort to leave our offices in the institutions, to meet different groups and to move to the Parliament the requests of different social groups, that, often they stay in nothing, simply because they do not meet anybody who could throw a hand to them in parties or trade unions.

Reform of the 2nd system of pensions part

A small curiosity

The linguistic models
There are debates of the Basque politics that I have never finished of understanding very well and one of them is that of the linguistic models in the school.

And it is precisely here where my incomprehension resides. What advantage has that your son / daughter does not know Basque?

Summing up, I would say that we have deep differences concerning:
1.-Valoración of the participation of Ezker Batua in the government of Ibarretxe.
2.-Política of alliances.
3.-Modelo organizational.
1. - Some of them understand that the participation in the government, it has not had to do in the electoral disaster and that the motives of this one are foreign to this participation.
Others, we have a very different opinion. The participation in a government how it was that of Ibarretxe, supposed, especially in the second term, first of all, an identification with the most nationalistic vision of the right to be decided, but especially it affected in the form in which the citizenship perceived Ezker Batua.

Therefore, the exigible would be to not take part again in governments, be already municipal, statutory or autonomic, unless we were the most adopted parties, and if some rare arithmetic has to support some candidate, to do it with a well definite programmatic agreement, which does not imply assuming direct government responsibilities.

In this point, there is the one who speaks about the lefts pole with other political parties, and those whom we believe that, presently, in Basque Country, the conditions do not happen to compromise with Aralar or the left Basque nationalist, for being clearly pro-independence forces, with what we know that that determines the political debate in Basque Country.
The politics of alliances of Ezker Batua, it should go faced to the base of the associative movement, forget us of agreements cupulares with other political parties, and deepen in the understanding, always from the respect to the autonomy of everyone, in the trade union organizations, antiglobalization, pacifists, ecologists, feminists, alternatives, local movements, etc.
And certainly if we take part in the municipal elections from some platform of this nature, to support the dynamics of joint work during the whole term, without divisions neither in sub-groups, nor nothing that looks alike to a "share-out of the booty".
3. - Organizational Model. Ezker Batua is a weak organization, there we are all in agreement, but there is the one who defends that, how is life, in spite of doing some finishing touch and in spite of asking for the effort of all, we can go out forward.
Others, on the other hand, we believe that we have to initiate a process of refoundation similar to the one that federal IU tries to realize, changing models of internal functioning; adding big doses of participation and transparence; without withdrawing in itself, but opening the organization for new sectors and eliminating the struggles cainitas.
In short, being again what Izquierda Unida wanted to be in due time, that is to say, Left, and, also, Joined.
As I say, you already know that the discussion will be this Saturday; on all of us there depends the fact that we could go so far as to have a new and strengthened Ezker Batua or to keep on languishing and to go every time at least, as it has happening to us lately.

The Political Convention of Ezker Batua-Conclusiones
I am satisfied.
The convention has been a success. It has been a success especially of the dialogue, the consensus and the synthesis.
We have started at about half after 10, you know already, the classic debts of the left, there were approximately approximately 120 persons between guests and components of the political advice. A world, for this type of histories one Saturday to the morning.
The interventions, except exceptions, have been warmed up and vehement, but inside the due education. Also there has been some tone exit, but well, also it is usually normal.
The most positive thing is that in the end we have come to an agreement and that we all have emphasized that the future for Ezker Batua was starting today. One new cycle that it has to lead us to mending facing the municipal and statutory elections that will be celebrated the next year.

The conclusions of the debate of the Left Basque nationalist

He speaks about suffering and speaks about the absence of interferences, injustices and violence so that the "democratic process" could advance and, finally, it leaves the thesis of the negotiation IA-Estado, in the political thing, to raise a table of political parties where the decisive agreement is achieved.
But even there, the rest, more neither of the same, nor only one mention to ETA but yes to the imposition and injustice of the Spanish and French states.
Euskal Herria insists on the territoriality of hego, ignoring the will of the citizenship Navarre, and once again it gets into debt in being located in the center of the political debate, as if we all were hoping that they should indicate us which it must be the way to be continued.
On the other hand, also it disappoints, the almost nonexistent reference to the economic situation through that we live, who says, to want to bet for the socialism, he should not ignore what is happening to his country, independently how it is articulated administratively.
I believe that the IA is not yet mature to pass of ETA desmarcarse, what it invalidates to them like speaker in any "decisive process", and ETA is not ready to disappear.
So once again we are in the same point, that one in which the political IA, much to his sorrow, keeps on being a hostage of the decisions of a military dome to which it does not matter already for him not why it fights, but only the struggle in itself.

That mug!!!!
This master of the photo is Miguel Ángel Fernández Ordoñez, to the ripeness, governor of the Spanish Bank. Usurbil is a people gipuzkoano, where last year started a system of selective collection of garbages door to door.
After several months, the result has been the increase in more than 400 % of the recycling of the garbage of the town, revealing that there are other ways of managing the residues that are not the incineration or the dump.
This weekend, a consultation is celebrated so that them and the neighbors decide if they want to support this system or change to the containers habitual one.
Brave for the town hall that he bets for the door on door, and bravely also for submitting it to consultation, already my this disposition would like seeing in the town halls that reckon to be located incineradoras in his municipalities.

Zorionak Usurbil!!!
In the end, the consultation in Usurbil has given the victory to the defenders of the door to door for 56 %.

The Municipal Law and the LTH
Badly we start. Badly we begin the debate of the Municipal Law, if from the PNV they are already putting legal limits to him.
There was saying yesterday Urkullu that the Municipal Law was not going to modify in any case the LTH, and: why not? it is me who says.
It is this case I agree with the spokeswoman of the Government, Idoia Mendia, if it is necessary to modify it is modified and if not, no.

In my opinion the LTH, Law of Historical Territories, it was not right at the time of defining the institutional framework and competencial of Basque Country.
He has not any sense that we have 4 parliaments for 3 territories.

They have no sense, the permanent wars competenciales between Basque government and delegations.
And certainly he has no sense that the Town halls are assuming competitions that do not correspond to them and much less without the economic contribution necessary to cover them.

I am not against from the helps to the rehabilitation, everything opposite, suppose that in the short term there will be a solution for many persons, who having devoted itself the whole life to the sector of the construction, in this moment meet a hand ahead and other one behind and without a bad work to which to go to work.
If really, the measurement lightens the highest unemployment levels, welcome is this one or any other one.
Now then, I believe, that the responsibility of the government is to solve the short term, but also to plan the way and the length, and the government of the Spanish socialist party is not doing it.
All the experts coincide that one of the big problems of Spain is that it has based his development especially on two sectors as there are still the tourism and the construction, and that the tourism, but that the construction has a few limits, and all this without mentioning the environmental component.
Well, the government, instead of betting for a change of productive model, for impelling managerial politics of major extra cost, for exploring new formulae in the environmental industry, for example, and giving everything in favor of the I+D+I, has devoted itself for months to raise the sidewalks of the whole Spain with the Plan And and now they speak to us about the rehabilitation.
It is not possible to get simply over the storm and to hope that the crisis should be solved alone.
It is necessary to have public politics much bolder that think about how to transform the model, not only to support it at the cost of the public money so that in the future it works again "per".
Here, or they begin changing the things, or when the public money becomes exhausted, we will return to the starting point.

Is anything happening in ETA?
In a weekend on which most of the mass media speculate between the relation of ETA and the FARC, and of both with the government of Hugo Chavez, there is news that is happening practically unnoticed, the voluntary delivery of Javier Aristain, supposed member of ETA, in the Biarritz airport.
I suppose that me the desire can and I suppose also that there can be thousands of circumstances that justify this delivery, but the fact is that it is not habitual that the ETA members surrender.
Although, really, it is not the first time either.
Another thing is that it does not belong to ETA and has been delivered to clarify it.
This is like everything, it is possible that it means something or that not, but in a moment in which the left Basque nationalist embraces the beginning Mitchel, which a terrorist delivers to himself, at least it must make us be attentive.
Since you see, there are quite doubts, but in this case, if there is doubt there is hope. Or not.

Last Thursday in the Parliament, we approve a Proposition Not of Law, in which we were urging the Basque Government to support projects of ethical banking.
It looks like a contradictio in terminis, like that one of the military mission of peace, but not, there are banking projects for the world that have decided to do the things otherwise.
It does not stop being a bank, gives money and tries to recover it with interests, but there is a series of characteristics that make her different:
1. - They are constituted from associative, cooperative movements or social platforms, facing his decisions towards performances that could generate a positive social impact, in contrast to the entities that center on the criterion of maximum economic benefit.
2.-Se it distinguishes of the conventional banking in the social nature of the projects that he finances, in the ethical filter of the companies in which he invests and in the transparence of his actions. The ethical banks push back investing in companies related to the traffic of weapon, the labor development, the nuclear energy or the destruction of the environment.
3.-Comercializan not traditional financial instruments, like ethical investment funds or the more and more widespread microcredits. The ethical funds are characterized normally for presorting his social investments in projects or medioambientalmente sustainable. The microcredits develop especially to make possible the access to the persons' self-employment that they are excluded from the system of traditional credit.
4.-También they deal with offering credit to entities of the third sector that, due to the peculiarities of his functioning and the irregular of his economic yields, find important difficulties to gain access on the conventional credit.
It was a different, nice debate, and how not, the only one that remained out was the PP.
