The previous one on the proposals of the Lehendakari of yesterday: I believe that they had to be presented in the Parliament, if it is something like his government program, I believe that the way of presenting it must not be a meeting species to the public positions of his government, but an appearance in the Parliament.
But good, to the margin of ésto and of the clear component of political marketing that had the act, there is a thing that worries me enough more, and it is the proposed sanitary reform.
I do not know it well, only I speak about the well-read thing and ear in the means, this is what the presentations have in public, but, evidently, the idea is to be in charge to house to the biggest number of chronic possible to liberate beds in the hospitals. The this way above mentioned, without much ado thought, it can looks like a reasonable idea, chronic light that they do not need treatment, why to have them in a hospital the whole day, but: who is going to attend to the chronic ones in his houses? Is the Lehendakari suggesting to be the families those who take charge of his care, when they have, for example, a crisis of something? If it is like that, of that time, it stops being reasonable to happen to be unacceptable.
In a welfare state as that it tries to be this one, it is not possible to move the responsibility of the administration to the families, we already know the experience with the dependent persons, let's not repeat the same operation with the chronic ones.
That the health is necessary to check it, in agreement, but without moving part of the problem, but looking for other formulae to solve it.
