Is anything happening in ETA?

In a weekend on which most of the mass media speculate between the relation of ETA and the FARC, and of both with the government of Hugo Chavez, there is news that is happening practically unnoticed, the voluntary delivery of Javier Aristain, supposed member of ETA, in the Biarritz airport.
I suppose that me the desire can and I suppose also that there can be thousands of circumstances that justify this delivery, but the fact is that it is not habitual that the ETA members surrender.
Although, really, it is not the first time either.
Another thing is that it does not belong to ETA and has been delivered to clarify it.
This is like everything, it is possible that it means something or that not, but in a moment in which the left Basque nationalist embraces the beginning Mitchel, which a terrorist delivers to himself, at least it must make us be attentive.
Since you see, there are quite doubts, but in this case, if there is doubt there is hope. Or not.
