With the activated bench the votings take place following the following mechanics:
when the President says: "we can vote", the orange lucecita begins blinking that there is on the button 1, which is to the left and sets "present".
First it is necessary to press this button and on having done it, three following ones begin blinking, Not, Abstain and Yes during 20 seconds. (I do not understand porqué either they are in English, but it is like that).
As soon as it was expressed the vote, the light of the botoncito that you have pressed (Not, Yes or Abstain) remains fixed, others two go out, and as soon as it was passed the time one proceeds to the inventory.
During these 20 seconds it is possible to change the sense of the vote all the times love, and if no key is pressed it registers like vote in target.
